Ioana has a wide range of experience in Human Resources as well as being a fully qualified teacher of French in the UK.

Company activities:

• We offer solutions to the demand of medical and paramedical staff    
   in France and other European Union countries.
• We facilitate meetings between the potential employees and the
   Employer and we offer complete management of the recruitment /  
   head-hunting process including any legal matters.
• Only the Employer pays the fee for the services provided by
   KINETO CARIERE.
 

She has a vast amount of experience in Human Resources management and a degree in French-English in addition to a wide range of professional experience in the recruitment of medical and paramedical staff. 

Recruitment process steps:

 1.Posting the Advert  on authorised head-hunting sites.
 2. Scheduling a telephone interview in the French language.
 3. Conducting the actual interview at Kineto Cariere’s Head-Office    
      or via Skype.
 4. Presenting the terms and conditions of the collaboration.
 5. Signing the mediation/ intermediation contract with the candidate.
 6. Conducting the legal steps to THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH in order to  obtain the equivalence of the diploma or the approval of the free performance services
 7. Offering a job ONLY to  candidates who have obtained the equivalence or the free performance services.
 8. Telephone interview with the Employer.
 9. Signing the contract with the Employer.
VERY IMPORTANT: All these steps mean 0 EXPENSES for the candidate!!!
